About Homa Therapy

Homa Therapy and delve into its numerous benefits. Homa Therapy, also known as Agnihotra, is a powerful and transformative healing technique that has been practiced for thousands of years.

Homa Therapy is rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, the traditional Indian system of medicine. The word “Homa” refers to a ritualistic fire, and “Agnihotra” translates to “sacrificial fire.” This sacred fire is created using specific organic substances, such as clarified butter (ghee), medicinal herbs, and grains, in a specially designed copper pyramid-shaped vessel known as a Homa Kund.

During the Homa ceremony, these organic materials are offered into the fire while Vedic mantras are chanted. The fire acts as a conduit, transforming the organic substances into a healing energy that permeates the environment, purifying the air and creating a harmonious atmosphere. The healing effects of the Homa fire are believed to be profound and far-reaching.

A sincere message from my heart to yours

Forget about whatever you’ve seen/heard/felt/talked/thought about Yoga. Yoga is NOT about uploading fancy, difficult poses on social media. Yoga is NOT sitting with your eyes closed & only meditating. Yoga is NOT stretching or weight loss. Yoga is NOT about ‘controlling’ your thoughts or emotions or breath. Yoga is NOT “3 asanas to cure thyroid/diabetes/PCOD” – Stop using Yoga as a quick fix & bandaid because it won’t work that way. It’s just a marketing tactic to fool you. Yoga is NOT entertainment or contortions or gymnastics or acrobatics or stunts or any performance or competition
Then what exactly IS Yoga? Let me tell you –
Yoga is a beautifully designed 5000 year old scientific technology to cultivate awareness, self-regulation & higher consciousness in the human individual. Yoga asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana are just a “medium” through which you can cultivate all that mentioned above.
Yoga is liberating yourself from memory – Right from when you’re born, you’ve attained so much of memory : Karmic memory, Genetic memory, Atomic memory, articulate memory etc. Through Yogic practices, you’re distancing yourself from past memories and determining who you are right now. Liberating yourself from information like your identity of likes, dislikes, compulsions, habits and patterns.
Yoga means to break the cycle of life – If you are going in circles, it just gives you an impression that you are going somewhere but you are not really going anywhere; you are going through the same thing again and again. Yoga means to open up the circle and stretch it out like a straight line, so that if you follow the line you will go somewhere – you are not going round and round.
Yoga is a “union” of yourself with the Universe, with your Higher Self, with your PURPOSE, with your true-naked-self.
